Africa-Press – Cape verde. Three hooded men robbed a store in São Filipe, Fogo, from where they took an amount that could reach around one million Cape Verdean escudos and surveillance cameras in space.
The complaint was made by the store owner, a Chinese citizen, at the National Police Station (PN) in São Filipe, Fogo.
A PN source in São Filipe told Inforpress that the robbery took place around 6:15 pm, when the three hooded individuals entered the establishment in the historic center, next to the municipal market.
Under threat of a stabbing weapon, they took the money that was in the cash register and then cut the wires and took the surveillance cameras.
According to the owner, the amount subtracted could reach around one million Cape Verdean escudos.
The National Police is on the ground taking the necessary steps to locate the criminals.
