Africa-Press – Cape verde. The National Commission for Human Rights and Citizenship (CNDHC) promotes on Monday, 26, an open conversation with the students of the Miraflores Educational Center, in Praia, to mark the National Human Rights Day.
“Human Rights and their importance”, is the theme of the reflection meeting, with students from the 10th, 11th and 12th year of schooling at the aforementioned centre, to be held between 10 am and 12 pm.
O objetivo, segundo a CNDHC, é promover um maior conhecimento e sensibilização sobre o tema Direitos Humanos junto da camada jovem.
It should be noted that the CNDHC is the national institution for the promotion, protection and reinforcement of Human Rights, Citizenship and International Humanitarian Law, functioning as a consultative body for public policies in these domains and as an instance of surveillance, early warning, monitoring and investigation in these areas.
