Africa-Press – Cape verde. By means of Presidential Decree No. 20/2022, published in the Official Bulletin of November 7, Counselor Judge Benfeito Mosso Ramos was appointed to serve as President of the Supreme Court of Justice (STJ). He has been in the post on an interim basis since December 2020.
The decree of the President of the Republic came into force immediately, after its publication, on Tuesday, 8.
It should be remembered that Benfeito Mosso Ramos had been acting as Acting President of the STJ since December 2020, when Judge Counselor Maria de Fátima Coronel, then president of the body, left for the reform.
