Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The mayor of Praia, Francisco Carvalho, assured this Sunday that the municipality will not fail in the transition from the Municipal Guard to the Municipal Police and the budget for this purpose already exists .<\/p>\n
