Deputy Zilda Oliveira, elected on the lists of the Independent and Democratic Cabo Verdean Union (UCID, opposition) for the constituency of Sa\u0303o Vicente, was speaking today at a press conference, in Mindelo, in anticipation of the first plenary session of 2023, which begins in Wednesday the 11th, and which has on the agenda a debate with the Minister of Internal Administration, Paulo Rocha, at the request of the parliamentary group of the PAICV (opposition).<\/p>\n
