Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The deputy of the Nation, elected by the constituency of Santo Anta\u0303o, Rosa Rocha, asked, Thursday, about the health center of Ribeira das Patas, Porto Novo, remembering that the works were launched seven months.<\/p>\n

Rosa Rocha, deputy of the opposition PAICV, who was speaking in Parliament, recalled that the first stone for the construction of the health center was laid in June last year, but, after seven months, the works have not yet started.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn 2021, the Prime Minister (PM) said in Santo Anta\u0303o that 80 million escudos were included in the State Budget (OE) for that year for the construction of the aforementioned infrastructure. The project did not start in 2021, despite the PM asking the population for patience\u201d, recalled the parliamentarian.<\/p>\n

In June 2022, the works were launched, whose budget is estimated at 105 million escudos, with an execution period of ten months.<\/p>\n
