Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>Kleidir Fortes, a young activist and entrepreneur in the artisanal hamburger business, will launch, in March, his first E-Book (digital book), which, in addition to telling the story of the artisanal hamburger, presents recipes and step-by-step instructions for making, in a beginner’s manual.<\/p>\n

The manual, he says, was prepared thinking even of people who still don’t know how to do anything in terms of hamburgers, but who, with the e-book, will be able to take their first steps.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe that first you need to know the concept, then go step by step, from breads, sauces, blend (meat selection), assembly, etc.\u201d, explains the young man.<\/p>\n

Research and investigation<\/p>\n

He called this product the \u201cBible of the handmade hamburger\u201d, since, as he guarantees, it is the result of a lot of research and compilation, training in the area and more than four years of experience in the field.<\/p>\n

It also brings the new concept of artisanal hamburgers to an audience that is increasingly opting for healthier products.<\/p>\n

In addition to this book, the young man is also investing in consultancy for restaurants, with the creation of personalized menus, advice, training and assembly of the delivery system .<\/p>\n

There is also a course available, in face-to-face and online formats, which also tries to reach the most vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n

As a young addict in recovery, partnerships have been proposed with city councils, in order to train at least 20 young people in each municipality in the country, with special attention to drug addicts in recovery, ex-prisoners, deportees and victims of gender-based violence .<\/p>\n
