Jani\u0301sio Neves also informed that the process of assembling the stands is still in progress, missing part of Avenue Baltazar Lopes, also known as Rua Machado, and Park Ami\u0301lcar Cabral (Prac\u0327a Nova).<\/p>\n

According to the same source, the works should be concluded in the next few days to guarantee between 3,000 and 3,500 seats for the public to watch the parades of the official groups and also of the Tropical Samba School in \u201cbetter conditions and with more comfort\u201d.<\/p>\n

As for the sale of seat tickets, the president of the Independent League of Official Carnival Groups of Sa\u0303o Vicente (LIGOC-SV) assured the program \u201cSociedade Aberta\u201d on public television (TCV) that they should begin to be distributed from this Tuesday, 14.<\/p>\n
