Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The City Hall of Praia today made a \u201cpositive\u201d assessment of the first year of the implementation of the Municipal Observatory of Entrepreneurship, which currently follows the monitoring and follow-up of 29 projects by young entrepreneurs in various areas.<\/p>\n

The director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Office, Carlos Barros, said that the observatory provides several technicians who evaluate and follow up on the ideas of the 52 beneficiaries of the Praia Empreende program, adding that they also provide specific policy recommendations to help companies achieve their potential and expand the innovative and successful solutions in Praia City.<\/p>\n

As he indicated, monitoring, follow-up and evaluation is the \u201cAchilles heel\u201d of many projects that are financed in Government programs, as they receive funding, but continue without technical support.<\/p>\n

Hence, in the opinion of this official, it is a \u201cfundamental\u201d process for the consolidation of companies, guaranteeing their success in the national market.<\/p>\n
