Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The price of diesel dropped eight escudos while gasoline, butane gas and fuel oil became slightly more expensive, according to the latest update of the maximum fuel prices that should be in effect until the end of March.<\/p>\n

According to the new price table released this Tuesday afternoon, by the Multisectoral Agency for the Regulation of the Economy (ARME), gasoline is now sold for 143.10 escudos per liter. The oil is at 151.40 escudos per liter, normal diesel at 134.90 escudos per liter, diesel for electricity at 125.90 escudos per liter, marine diesel at 105.30 escudos, fuel 380 at 95.40 escudos and fuel 180 at 99.10 escudos per liter.<\/p>\n

In turn, butane gas is now sold in bulk for 162.90 escudos kilograms (kg), with 3kg bottles at 464.00 escudos; those of 6kg, to 978 escudos; the 12.5kg, 2037 escudos and the 55 kg 8961.00 escudos.<\/p>\n

\u201cThus, in the domestic market the prices of butane, gasoline and fuel oil 380 increased by 5.85%, 3.02% and 1.06%, respectively. On the other hand, the prices of oil, normal diesel, electricity diesel, marine diesel and fuel oil 180 decreased by 4.18%, 5.60%, 5.90%, 6.07% and 0.30% , respectively\u201d, says the ARME note.<\/p>\n
