Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The President of the Republic, Jose\u0301 Maria Neves, said this Monday, in Mindelo, that it is \u201cfundamental\u201d that children and young people learn the Cape Verdean language and the Portuguese language on parity to also improve performance in other languages.<\/p>\n
