Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The Santo Crucifixo team won the Santo Anta\u0303o Norte regional cup by beating Rosariense by 1-0 this Wednesday. This is the team’s second title this season, after having won the regional championship.<\/p>\n

The only goal of the match at the Joa\u0303o Serra stadium, in Ponta do Sol, was scored in the 42nd minute of the first half by right winger Rony, who deflected a header into the back of goalkeeper \u201cChine\u0302s\u201d.<\/p>\n

Palela, coach of Santo Crucifixo, told journalists that he was very happy with the \u201cdouble\u201d, as the objective was also to win the regional cup.<\/p>\n

At the end of the match, in addition to the trophy for the Santo Crucifix, winner of the final, the Football Association of the North Region of Santo Anta\u0303o delivered all the prizes and trophies related to the current football season, in this sporting region.<\/p>\n

In addition to the regional cup, Santo Crucifixo received two checks, one for 50,000 escudos for the regional championship title and another for 25,000 escudos for the regional cup.<\/p>\n
