Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>S\u00e3o Vicente will host in July the \u201cFutsal Cup\u201d (Indoor Soccer) the first competition of the sport organized by a committee whose responsibility is to materialize the plan for the officialization of futsal on the island.<\/p>\n

This information was announced to Inforpress by one of the mentors of this initiative, Eddy Cruz, who explained that the \u201cFutsal Cup\u201d will serve as an experience to implement in 2023 a championship of the sport and other competitions.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe plan for its officialization involves creating an organization that is Futsal League to organize competitions and everything that is official in terms of this sport. The plan begins to be materialized from now until November, which is the first phase and in December we will hold the first elections for the Futsal League leaders\u201d, said the same source.<\/p>\n

During this time they will organize training for refereeing, coaches and managers in order to \u201craise\u201d futsal in S\u00e3o Vicente and prepare the first championship in 2023.<\/p>\n
