Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The mayor of Brava asked today the public from Brava to visit the Interpretive Center (CI) in Nova Sintra, and learn more about the island\u2019s history, reinforcing that the space is not just for tourists<\/p>\n

Speaking to Inforpress, Francisco Tavares revealed that the IC, opened last May, is a \u201cfundamental piece\u201d within the puzzle of an island that wants to be a tourist island.<\/p>\n

As he justified, \u201cit is necessary to have a place where tourists visit and can learn beforehand about the history of the island, but also receive all the necessary information to then explore the island as the natural charm and points of interest for sightseeing\u201d.<\/p>\n

Hence, it became clear that it was a piece within the tourist preparation of the island that was missing and has already materialized thanks to the partnership between the Ministry of Tourism, through the Tourism Fund, by the Municipality of Brava and by the Camo\u0303es Institute of Portugal, via Association for the Protection of the Heritage of Me\u0301rtola (ADPM).<\/p>\n
