Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The Preliminary Contradictory Hearing (ACP) requested by MP and lawyer Amadeu Oliveira was completed this Tuesday in S\u00e3o Vicente, and the judge fixed Monday, the 14th, as date to pronounce the decision, whether or not the defendant will be charged.<\/p>\n

After about four hours of hearing in the session, which closed the ACP, the defense team of Amadeu Oliveira used only 32 seconds in contact with journalists, leaving the Barlavento Court of Appeal, just to announce that \u2026 there would be no statements on the part of the lawyers.<\/p>\n
