Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The 25th edition of the Municipal Youth Week, under the motto \u201cKnot together and knot grows\u201d, started on Sunday, the 6th, with various activities on the beach of Santa Maria and with young people from various locations on the island.<\/p>\n

SMJ activities will run until the 13th of August. The agenda also includes workshops, small business management training and other educational activities.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that there will also be a social responsibility activity that will lead the young people of the island to \u201cjoin together\u201d and carry out a cleaning campaign in the historic town of Pedra d \u0301Lume.<\/p>\n

The opening of the event was marked with batucada, covering the Pedestrian Ildo Lobo to Praia de Santa Maria, capoeira demonstrations, dance and Teqball practice, \u201cbalizinha\u201d tournament and beach volleyball.<\/p>\n
