Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The Juventude de Futsal and Placa teams are the teams qualified for the final of the 2023 edition of the Porto Novo Cup, in futsal, in senior men, which will be played on the 16th of this month.<\/p>\n

Juventude de Futsal, by beating Cruzinha’s team by 6-2 on Thursday night, got the “passport” for the second consecutive final of the competition, in which they will face the formation of Placa, holder of the trophy, which has already had qualified for next Wednesday’s final.<\/p>\n

The two teams are re-editing the 2022 final of this competition, which is part of the futsal calendar in the Porto Novo sports region (senior level) which also includes the men’s and women’s cups.<\/p>\n

At this time, the 2023 edition of the women’s futsal cup in Porto Novo is also taking place, with the presence of teams from the three municipalities of Santo Anta\u0303o and the island of Sa\u0303o Vicente, in an organization of the dynamic group of indoor sports in this municipality.<\/p>\n

During the 20th, 21st and 23rd of August, Porto Novo will host an international futsal tournament as part of the Cape Verdean Youth Capital City event, involving teams from the three municipalities of Santo Anta\u0303o and the Azores (Portugal).<\/p>\n
