Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The president of Youth for Democracy (JpD) called today in Mindelo for the Government to make \u201call the necessary efforts\u201d to improve the living conditions of young Cape Verdeans, with \u201ca more dignified salary\u201d and \u201cprosperity\u201d.<\/p>\n

Vander Gomes, who was speaking at a press conference to celebrate World Youth Day on Saturday 12, began by listing the measures taken by the executive aimed at young people.<\/p>\n

He pointed to investments in professional training, an increase in the number of scholarships, digital transformation and a focus on entrepreneurship and sport.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would like to urge the Government to continue to adopt policy measures that create all the conditions for our young people to continue to prosper\u201d, appealed Vander Gomes, for whom today\u2019s actions will have a \u201clasting impact\u201d on the future of Cabo Verde<\/p>\n
