Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The prices of products imported by Cabo Verde increased by 2.1% in July 2023, 1.1 percentage points (p.p.) more than in the previous month, the National Institute of Statistics (INE) announced today.<\/p>\n

According to the External Trade Price Index, the monthly rate of change in the prices of exported products stood at -0.6% in July 2023, 0.1 p.p. lower than that recorded in the previous month.<\/p>\n

The monthly change rate recorded by the Terms of Trade Index was -2.7%, indicates the INE, with a decrease of 1.2 p.p. compared to the value recorded in the previous month.<\/p>\n

The same source also explained that in July 2023, the import price index stood at 137.9, having registered an increase of 2.1% compared to the previous month.<\/p>\n
