Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The cyclist Ru\u0301ben Lopes, from Santo Anta\u0303o, won this Sunday, September 3rd, the cycling race in celebration of the 61st anniversary of the Municipality of Porto Novo. Vady Fonseca and Roge\u0301rio Gomes ranked second and third respectively in this competition.<\/p>\n

The race had the participation of 15 cyclists from the islands of Santo Anta\u0303o, Sa\u0303o Vicente and Sa\u0303o Nicolau and was promoted by the Porto City Council in partnership with the Santo Anta\u0303o Sul Regional Cycling Association, with the support of the National Police and the volunteer firefighters from Porto Novo.<\/p>\n

In athletics, Leti\u0301cia Neves and Artur Silva were the winners of the trail in the municipality of Porto Novo in male and female seniors, respectively.<\/p>\n
