Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>Students and teachers of the Elementary School of Castel\u00e3o celebrated the Love and Friendship Day, with activities aimed at strengthening in children the spirit \u201cof love and friendship must rule within school and staff\u201d.<\/p>\n

Under the theme \u201clove and friendship first\u201d the event aimed, according to the school\u2019s principal, Ricarda de Barros, to promote and reinforce in children \u201cthe spirit of love and friendship must be reinable within the school between all educational actors and particularly in their lives\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are celebrating this date for the second time in order to raise awareness among our students about the importance of love and also rethink the human values that today are suffering a certain influence, so our main objective is to show students the importance of these values, love and friendship in everything we do,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n

The cultural event held by this elementary school related to the Love and Friendship Day, which is celebrated on February 14, included several activities, namely lecture on the subject, declamation of poems, fashion show, music show, among others.<\/p>\n
