According to the author, before going to Cabo Verde he already had the opportunity to make this presentation in Lisbon, on the 22nd of September, which took place at the facilities of the Cape Verdean Association of Lisbon (ACV) and was in charge of Jose\u0301 Lui\u0301s Hopffer Almada, Florizandra Delgado Barros and Carlos Sena Ju\u0301nior, with special guest Paul Kalambay.<\/p>\n
