Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The Mayor of Sal, J\u00falio Lopes, assured that the City Hall wants to print \u201cfull transparency\u201d in the accounts through an external audit, whose contract for this purpose was signed with the RMAIS Consulting company.<\/p>\n

Following \u201cthe principle and values of transparency in the actions and management of the public thing\u201d, the City Hall of Sal intends to conduct an external audit on the management accounts, continuous, starting on January 1st until December 31st of each year, referring to the years 2021, 2022 and 2023.<\/p>\n

The RMAIS Consulting, Sociedade de Auditores Certificados, SA, which won the public tender for the accomplishment of this task, proposes in each quarter the issuance of a certification related to the transparency of accounts, and another certification at the end of the year, this time related to the reports of the quarterly accounts.<\/p>\n

J\u00falio Lopes highlighted the \u201cimportance\u201d of this event, which subjected the City Hall to another control, and a \u201cfree\u201d external control, made by a company with proven experience\u201d in Cabo Verde\u201d, as he stressed.<\/p>\n
