\nCelso Ribeiro spoke at a press conference about what he considers \u201cmismanagement\u201d at the Municipal Council of Tarrafal de Santiago and to ask for accountability within the scope of the commitment established with the residents of Tarrafal by PAICV.<\/p>\n
