Dami\u00e3o Medina said that the promoters of this project intend to make Porto Novo, Santo Ant\u00e3o and Cape Verde \u201cas global references in terms of the practice of beach volleyball, hosting international competitions in their arena\u201d.<\/p>\n

He also highlighted the fact that this project promotes more than fifty permanent jobs in this municipality, where, in his opinion, there are good prospects in terms of welcoming private investments.<\/p>\n

Cabo Verde Beach Volleyball Resort is a tourist development that is being built in the bathing area of \u200b\u200bCurraletes, three kilometers from the city of Porto Novo, and will be aimed at promoting ‘beach volley’ (beach volleyball) and promoting sports nautical, according to the promoters.<\/p>\n

This development, which will offer hotel, restaurant services, swimming pools, training and games spaces, represents an investment of 1.5 million euros and belongs to investor Marcel Schild, from the Netherlands.<\/p>\n
