Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The Municipal Council of Porto Novo, Santo Ant\u00e3o, today asked the mayor of Penafiel to be \u201cambassador of the festivities of the Saint Padre\u201d of this municipality in Santo Ant\u00f3n in Portugal and \u201cfor the places where he passes\u201d.<\/p>\n
