Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The Regional Political Commission (CPR) of PAICV \u2013 Santiago Norte today accused the president of the Sa\u0303o Miguel City Council, Herme\u0301nio Fernandes, of wanting to unduly appropriate land, especially from poor families.\u201cThe Municipal Council of Sa\u0303o Miguel, through its president Herme\u0301nio Fernandes, is promoting the taking of land from private individuals, especially from poor families\u201d, denounced the president of the CPR of the African Independence Party of Cape Verde (PAICV), Carla Carvalho.<\/p>\n
