According to Ani\u0301bal Fonseca, these are debts \u201caccumulated for over 15 years\u201d with this desalinated water production company, which have created, he warned, \u201ca major financial problem\u201d for the municipality, which has only been able to pay \u201chalf\u201d in these years. of the service provided by APN.<\/p>\n
