Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>New Year’s Eve 2023 in Sa\u0303o Vicente will have two days of free music on Rua de Lisboa, in addition to the traditional fireworks, Sa\u0303o Vicente City Council announced today.According to Inforpess, the \u201cwarm-up\u201d for the end of the year festivities starts on the 30th, from 8pm, with Batchart, followed by Mo Kalamity & The Wizards and Dynamo.<\/p>\n

The following day, the 31st, the last day of the year, there will be the traditional fireworks and \u201cpinte\u201d in the Bay to mark the turn of the year to 2024 and then the group Serenata & guest artists take the stage for \u201cBoas Festas\u201d, to then give way to the Kirol Kings show, a project created by two renowned names in the new generation of Cape Verdean music Djodje and Nelson Freitas.<\/p>\n

The night of Sa\u0303o Silvestre, continues the same source, will also feature a performance by the rapper from the Cruz Vermelha neighborhood, in Cascais (Portugal) Pluto\u0301nio, who represents rap and R&B in Portuguese and has been increasingly exploring afrobeats, and also the artist Elji Beatzkilla who will be in charge of closing the stage.<\/p>\n
