The act, according to information from the executive, will be presided over by the Minister of Culture and Creative Industries, Abraa\u0303o Vicente, representing the Government.<\/p>\n

At the event, which takes place late Thursday afternoon, in the Noble Hall of the Sa\u0303o Vicente City Council, Adriano Cruz Cabral \u201cDuca\u201d, Avelino Chantre, Constantino Cardoso, Daniel da Silva Mariano \u201cDani Mariano\u201d, Hernani Almeida , Vicente Duarte Neves \u201cTchenta\u201d, Zenaida Alfama Medina and Lui\u0301s Filipe Cardeal de Lima.<\/p>\n

These distinctions, according to the executive, are made within the scope of the National Day of Culture and Communities, October 18th, celebrated in 2023 under the motto \u201cWe Are Culture\u201d.<\/p>\n
