Dulcelina Costa provided this information to the press after being heard at a meeting of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry on the Management of the Social Sustainability Fund for Tourism and the Environment Fund held this morning at the National Assembly, in the city of Praia.<\/p>\n

According to the administrator, the municipal councils of Sa\u0303o Miguel, Sa\u0303o Domingos, Sa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o dos O\u0301rga\u0303os on the island of Santiago, Ribeira Brava de Sa\u0303o Nicolau and Ilha Brava lead the list of “best performance” in the implementation of Environmental Fund projects.<\/p>\n

Sa\u0303o Miguel, he added, is the only municipality that already has all the projects completed and is currently waiting for the funds for the year 2024, this is because it has resorted to \u201cfinancial leverage\u201d.<\/p>\n
