Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>Cape Verde recorded, this Wednesday, a new case of covid-19, notified on the island of Sal. There are now 14 active cases in the country. According to data from the Ministry of Health, the new and only case was diagnosed after analyzes of 281, nationwide, which represents a positivity rate of 0.4%.<\/p>\n

Five people were also discharged, all in Sal. The country now has 14 active cases, 55,437 recovered cases, 401 deaths, 43 deaths from other causes and 9 transferred, making a total of 55,904 accumulated positive cases.<\/p>\n
