O chefe de Estado instou as fam\u00edlias, empresas, institui\u00e7\u00f5es, poder central e local no sentido de adoptarem \u201ca cultura da poupan\u00e7a e evitar o consumismo\u201d, tendo em vista a crise que o pa\u00eds tem vindo a enfrentar por efeito dos tr\u00eas anos consecutivos de seca, da pandemia da covid-19 e da invas\u00e3o russa \u00e0 Ucr\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n

In view of the ongoing geopolitical changes, the President of the Republic considered that Cape Verde, as a small country, must position itself \u201cintelligently\u201d and adapt to the changes that are taking place.<\/p>\n
