Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>\u201cThe Church in Prayer, Liturgy of the Hours\u201d is the theme of the third session of the 18th edition of the Lenten Conference to be held at the Nossa Senhora da Gra\u00e7a Parish, this Thursday, under the presidency of Father Irineu Correia.<\/p>\n

Under the theme \u201cThe Liturgy, school of faith, Worship the Lord in Spirit and Truth\u201d, the 18th Lenten Conferences began on 30th this month with the theme \u201cThe Liturgy, Summit and vertex of Christian life, which had as speaker Father Elias Borges and continued on the 10th this month in hid meeting with the theme \u201cThe word of God in the life and mission of the Church on the way\u201d, by intern Edson Soares.<\/p>\n

According to the schedule, the fourth session is scheduled for March 24, when Friar Gilson Frede, from the Capuchin Order, will be the speaker of the theme \u201cMass, its structure, its elements and its parts\u201d, for the 31st of the same month, the priest Janilson Correia e Silva become a preacher on the theme \u201cGestures and body attitudes in the Celebration\u201d.<\/p>\n

The 18th Lenten Conference closes on April 7, with Cardinal Arlindo Furtado, bishop of the Diocese of Santiago as speaker of the theme \u201cFrom the Earthly Liturgy to the Heavenly Liturgy: Worshipping the Lord is Spirit and Truth.<\/p>\n
