This information was announced by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Water and Sanitation Agency (ANAS), Carlos Santos, in a statement to the press, on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the workshop to prepare for the United Nations Survey on Analysis and Evaluation of World Sanitation and Drinking Water (GLASS), held in Praia City.<\/p>\n

According to this responsible, it is intended with this initiative to collect the data, the compatibilization of the data, so that national and international institutions can have coherent and basic data, which can serve to analyze the progress made in the governance of the water and sanitation sector, to make assessment of training in terms of human resources for the implementation of the essential projects on water development and sanitation.<\/p>\n
