Nationally, the elections will not take place in Tarrafal de Santiago, in Mosteiros (Fogo), in Brava, in Boa Vista and in Ribeira Grande (Santo Ant\u00e3o), as advanced by the secretary general of the MpD, Filomena Delegado.<\/p>\n
