Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The National Stadium, in Achada de S\u00e3o Filipe (outskirts of Praia), will host the II \u201cElectronic Timing Course\u201d from the 25th to the 27th of April, at the PALOP (Portuguese-speaking African Countries) level.<\/p>\n

According to the Cape Verdean Athletics Federation (FCA) \u2013 cited by Inforpress -, the Initiative is intended to encourage, increasingly, the use of Modern Technological Tools to Support National Competitions in the PALOP.<\/p>\n

The training is aimed at coaches from the Athletics Federations of the aforementioned countries and sponsored by the African Athletics Development Center, based in Dakar (AADC\/DAKAR) \u2013 the Capital of Senegal.<\/p>\n

The National Stadium has a Tartan track for eight runners, around the Football Field, certified by the International Athletics Federation (IAAF) and has been the stage for the National Events of the Sport.<\/p>\n
