Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The president of the Chamber of Commerce and Services of Sotavento (CCSS), Marco Rodrigues, argues that there should be effectively a \u201cfree movement\u201d of entrepreneurs from the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CPLP) at the level of the intercontinental organization.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe entrepreneurs have to have long-term visas and be able to move to Europe at any time without major problems,\u201d said the CCSS leader, who was exhausted by the situation the CPLP entrepreneurs have been passing through, for example, to Portugal.<\/p>\n

Speaking to R\u00e1dio de Cabo Verde (RCV), he admitted that the major suppliers to the Portuguese-speaking African countries are in Portugal, adding that Portuguese entrepreneurs have not had difficulties moving in these spaces, but the opposite is \u201cserious and of enormous complexity\u201d.<\/p>\n

However, Marcos Rodrigues prefers to talk about difficulties arising from Portugal\u2019s commitments to the Schengen space, of which it\u2019s a member, rather than believing in the Portuguese authorities\u2019 negligence.<\/p>\n
