Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The President of the Republic, Jos\u00e9 Maria Neves, defended this Saturday in Porto Mosquito, in the Ribeira Grande de Santiago, it is necessary to empower communities, \u201cwith the transfer of powers and resources\u201d, in order to \u201csustain themselves\u201d.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Maria Neves, who was speaking to the press after presiding over the commemorations of the first year of the creation of the Inferno Bay and Monte Angra Natural Park, stated that in order to achieve sustainability and sustainable communities, \u201cwe must necessarily empower localities and NGOs.\u201d<\/p>\n
