The Delegate of the Cabo Verdean Institute of Children and Adolescents (ICCA), Justina Pina, launched this appeal in statements to Inforpress, on the margins of recreational and leisure activities with children and adolescents from the different ICCA structures of the City of Praia and other localities, promoted to celebrate the World Children\u2019s Day, which is celebrated on June 1st.<\/p>\n

\u201cJune 1st is a day for reflection, we must reflect a lot on children\u2019s rights, but we also have to talk about their duties.
