\u201cThe different departments of the City Hall, which have responsibility in this matter, annually draw up the rain action plan. We will have the plan ready this week, but there are several actions that have already been materialized throughout the year\u201d, he said, pointing to actions such as cleaning of ditches, obstructions of streams and places where water circulates.<\/p>\n
