Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The new chairman of the board of directors (PCA) of the Maritime and Port Institute (IMP) on Monday urged the Ministry to grant more autonomy to the institution to help speed up processes in certain matters and certain moments.<\/p>\n

Seidy Santos launched the challenge at the swearing-in ceremony in Mindelo, in which he argued that financial autonomy is a \u201cvery important\u201d condition for the full continuation of his duties as a maritime authority.<\/p>\n
