Benfica announced this Wednesday, 28th, the hiring of the captain of the Cape Verde handball team.<\/p>\n

The two-year contract marks Leandro Semedo’s return to Portuguese handball, since, between 2014 and 2019, he represented the first team at FC Porto.<\/p>\n

In the last three seasons, the Cape Verdean spent one season at Helvetia Anaitasuna and two at Ademar Le\u00f3n, from Spain.<\/p>\n
