Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The Ambassador of Cape Verde to Portugal, Eurico Monteiro, announced that, soon, Loul\u00e9 will have a Consulate and a Consul of Cape Verde, in the Algarve.<\/p>\n

Cited by Jornal do Algarve, Eurico Monteiro explained that the consulate in the Algarve, based in Portim\u00e3o, will soon start operating in Loul\u00e9, the area where most Cape Verdeans reside.<\/p>\n

According to him, until now, Cape Verdeans residing in Loul\u00e9 had some difficulty in dealing with their affairs due to the distance from the Consulate in Portim\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

The information was provided as part of the visit of the President of the Republic of Cape Verde, Jos\u00e9 Maria Neves to the Algarve, in which Eurico Monteiro was part of the delegation.<\/p>\n

The visit ended yesterday.<\/p>\n
