Cited by Inforpress, the guides are concerned about the state of access to the Topo de Coroa volcano, hoping that it will be restored even before the start of the so-called high season for tourism in Santo Ant\u00e3o, within two months, for the safety of all.<\/p>\n

The association of tourist guides on this island has been asking for the rehabilitation of the access road to Topo de Coroa and the construction of a viewpoint, on what is the highest elevation of the island of Santo Ant\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Topo de Coroa is located in the natural park of the same name, with an extension of more than 84 kilometers, and where there are 61 percent (%) of endemic species of plants typical of Cape Verde, many of which are on the list of species in progress. extinction due to free grazing.<\/p>\n
