Without strong enough foundations, the establishment did not survive the crisis. The young man is now launching himself again in the market, in the area of \u200b\u200bartisanal hamburgers and speaks of a fresh start, both professionally and personally. The new space is called Nha Kaza and will open on the 27th at Fazenda, Praia. The \u201calcohol free\u201d concept remains.<\/p>\n

Known for his social intervention, with the project \u201cNever Experiment\u201d, and for his work in the restaurant business, through \u201cPizza, juices and company\u201d, the young man saw life take a turn during the pandemic.<\/p>\n

\u201cI came from nothing. I started selling my pizza on the street, until I managed to open a space. It was very daring, there was a great demand, I had to hire employees. However, the pandemic arrived and demand naturally decreased\u201d, he recalls.<\/p>\n

A relatively new business, in S\u00e3o Vicente, which did not have time to lay the necessary foundations to survive the economic crisis caused by covid-19. A \u201cdifficult phase\u201d, which he says he is now overcoming, as he launches himself on the market again, in Praia.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’ve been through a lot of difficult times lately and working on this project is electrifying. The doors are opening, through my daily struggle, but thank God I’m focused on my growth and that’s motivating\u201d, he describes.<\/p>\n

This break also served for the young man to improve his strategy and qualify himself better, through marketing courses and artisanal hamburgers.<\/p>\n

Today, through a partnership with other partners, a new commercial space is being opened in the Fazenda neighborhood, essentially dedicated to artisanal hamburgers.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am currently recruiting my team and preparing the space, which will open on Saturday, the 27th\u201d, he announced.<\/p>\n

One of the novelties that the young man says he is bringing are breads made from different flours, such as beetroot, among others, which will be used in the making of hamburgers.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’m trying to bring new things that aren’t in our market yet, or if they are, bring them with a different twist. The first one that eats is just eyes, so I\u2019m making that bet,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The hamburgers, as he explained, will be made according to an artisanal concept, from meat to sauces.<\/p>\n

In addition to hamburgers, the space will have a diverse menu, with vegetarian options, to welcome a differentiated audience.<\/p>\n

The \u201calcohol free\u201d concept continues, as in the previous business, so the drinks will be natural juices and soft drinks. On Sundays, says the promoter, there will be a package aimed at children, with \u201cmini\u201d menus and exhibition of drawings.<\/p>\n

The space will also work with take away, delivery and orders.<\/p>\n
