Africa-Press – Cape verde. <\/strong><\/span>The Municipality of Santa Catarina promotes tomorrow, the 23rd, a health fair, in the Central Square of Assomada to mark Pink October and Blue November, under the motto \u201cA touch of courage that can save your life, be safe!\u201d .<\/p>\n

The central objective is to share information, promote awareness about the pathology, provide greater access to diagnostic and treatment services, and contribute to the reduction of mortality.<\/p>\n

Urology, gynecology and general practice consultations will be carried out on site, as well as blood pressure and blood glucose screening.<\/p>\n

The Health Fair is part of the commemoration agenda for the 188th anniversary of the elevation of Santa Catarina to the status of a municipality, which takes place on the 25th of November.<\/p>\n

The fair is promoted in partnership with ACLCC, Firefighters and Civil Protection, Red Cross, Health Department, North Santiago Regional Hospital, ICIEG, MORABI.<\/p>\n
