Selon son avocate, Me Arlette Sombo-Dibel\u00e9, et les services p\u00e9nitenciers, il a contract\u00e9 le Covid-19 depuis plusieurs jours et pr\u00e9sente depuis lundi de graves probl\u00e8mes respiratoires. Son avocate a alert\u00e9 mardi les Services judiciaires de Centrafrique, qui n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9agi selon elle, ce que d\u00e9mentent ces services.<\/p>\n

Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Services judiciaires Alain Gbaziale assure qu\u2019il a tout de suite avis\u00e9 le ministre de la Justice le m\u00eame jour qui a, \u00e0 son tour, alert\u00e9 son coll\u00e8gue de la Sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Nga\u00eff\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 alors extrait de la prison et achemin\u00e9 dans une structure de soins appropri\u00e9e o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en charge avant d\u2019\u00eatre ramen\u00e9 au camp de Roux, explique Alain Gbaziale.<\/p>\n

\u00ab On lui a fait subir des examens m\u00e9dicaux et des soins appropri\u00e9s lui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 administr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s on l\u2019a fait r\u00e9int\u00e9grer. Mardi, la d\u00e9tresse respiratoire \u00e9tait presque partie et donc il se sentait mieux. Et ce mercredi matin, il se sentait encore mieux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 nous parlons.<\/p>\n

\u00bb L\u2019avocate de n\u2019ancien chef d\u2019\u00e9tat-major g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019arm\u00e9e centrafricaine, qui n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 mise au courant de toutes ces d\u00e9marches, n\u2019est pas rassur\u00e9e pour autant, dit-elle.<\/p>\n

Elle estime que la place d\u2019un homme de plus de 50 ans, atteint du Covid-19 et en d\u00e9tresse respiratoire n\u2019est pas en prison. \u00ab Pour avoir une assistance respiratoire, il faudrait que monsieur Nga\u00eff\u00e9 soit admis dans un centre o\u00f9 il y a cette assistance respiratoire, souligne Me Arlette Sombo-Dibel\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Ce n\u2019est pas au campd e Roux ou m\u00eame \u00e0 l\u2019infirmerie qu\u2019il peut pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 ce type de soins. Je ne peux que m\u2019inqui\u00e9ter. \u00bb Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Nga\u00eff\u00e9 est accus\u00e9 notamment d\u2019atteinte \u00e0 la s\u00fbret\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure de l\u2019Etat ou encore d\u2019association de malfaiteurs. Son avocate estime qu\u2019il est maintenu en d\u00e9tention uniquement pour des motifs politiques.<\/p>\n
