La plus d\u00e9licate est celle qui est li\u00e9e \u00e0 un d\u00e9faut de communication entre ces banques et leurs clients.<\/p>\n<p>Des incompr\u00e9hensions, des probl\u00e9matiques soulev\u00e9es sans r\u00e9ponses de la part de ceux qui font gagner de l\u2019argent \u00e0 ces institutions financi\u00e8res de deuxi\u00e8me cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n<p>La communication est un magnan tr\u00e8s important dans une structure \u00e0 l\u2019exemple des banques commerciales qui g\u00e8rent plusieurs clients au sein de leurs structures.<\/p>\n<p>Des zones d\u2019ombres et quelques revendications de la part des clients bancaris\u00e9s, restent parfois sans r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de la communication qui n\u2019est pas parfois pris en consid\u00e9ration par les professionnels des banques de second rang.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le client est roi \u00bb d\u2019apr\u00e8s un dicton tir\u00e9 du concept marketing. Ce qui veut dire qu\u2019il doit \u00eatre fid\u00e9lis\u00e9, trait\u00e9 de bonne mani\u00e8re sauf que ce principe est respect\u00e9 par les banques.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, qu\u2019en est-il de celles qui sont install\u00e9es en R\u00e9publique centrafricaine qui manquent parfois de l\u2019\u00e9thique professionnelle ? Lors de l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un compte dans une banque ou une micro finance, le banquier se pr\u00e9occupe juste des formalit\u00e9s, \u00e0 savoir, les pi\u00e8ces d\u2019identit\u00e9 et le minimum des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts.<\/p>\n<p>Or, en dehors de cette proc\u00e9dure universelle, le client doit \u00eatre en connaissance de certaines informations compl\u00e9mentaires qui pourront lui permettre de bien g\u00e9rer son compte.<\/p>\n<p>Mais h\u00e9las ! Plusieurs constats sont faits pour comprendre que les institutions financi\u00e8res locales sont l\u00e0 justes pour leur propre int\u00e9r\u00eat et non celui de la client\u00e8le bancaire en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est bien dommage ! \u00ab Je suis titulaire d\u2019un compte \u00e9pargne dans l\u2019une de nos banques, et il m\u2019arrive des fois de faire des op\u00e9rations sur mon compte pour qu\u2019il soit mouvement\u00e9 car, je suis aviculteur. Ce qui m\u2019\u00e9tonne est que je me retrouve souvent avec des questions sans r\u00e9ponses. M\u00eame si je m\u2019approche de mon gestionnaire.<\/p>\n<p>Tant\u00f4t mon compte est d\u00e9biteur quand bien m\u00eame que je n\u2019ai pas effectu\u00e9 de retraits, tant\u00f4t ce sont mes liquidit\u00e9s qui se retrouvent dans l\u2019historique de la banque, je suis perdu \u00bb, a d\u00e9plor\u00e9 un client anonyme.<\/p>\n<p>Le mieux \u00e0 faire pour ces \u00e9tablissements, c\u2019est de faire une sensibilisation de masse, une large diffusion en utilisant tous les moyens de communication dont elles disposent pour \u00e9viter de se frotter un jour \u00e0 un d\u00e9rapage.
