La juridiction supr\u00eame a rejet\u00e9 tous les recours en annulation du scrutin d\u00e9pos\u00e9s par 13 des 16 rivaux du chef de l’Etat sortant.<\/p>\n

Ceux-ci invoquaient des \u00ab\u00a0fraudes massives\u00a0\u00bb et l’impossibilit\u00e9 pour deux \u00e9lecteurs inscrits sur trois de voter en raison de l’ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans un pays en guerre civile depuis huit ans et sous le coup d’une nouvelle offensive des plus puissants des groupes arm\u00e9s qui contr\u00f4lent deux tiers du pays.<\/p>\n

M. Touad\u00e9ra \u00ab\u00a0est proclam\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lu pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique au premier tour de l’\u00e9lection du 27 d\u00e9cembre 2020\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sidente de la Cour constitutionnelle, Dani\u00e8le Darlan. La Cour a toutefois abaiss\u00e9 le taux de participation \u00e0 35,25%, loin des 76,31% des inscrits annonc\u00e9s provisoirement le 4 janvier par l’Autorit\u00e9 nationale de \u00e9lections (ANE) qui avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 provisoirement M.
